How you win your morning, shows how you will win your day.
Agree or disagree?
I am 100% on board this, I could literally say my days that I (begrudgingly yes sometimes) am awake at 4:50am, compared to the days I sleep until maybe 7am are VASTLY different in productivity.
There is just something that feels different when I’ve started my day kicking goals.
Here’s how my mornings go 89% of the time (have to allow some rest and listening to your body).
- 4:50am alarm – warm lemon water.
- Read – 10 pages.
- 5:20 – Celery Juice (one whole celery)
- 5:30 – 1 hour gym session.
- 6.30 (some days) – 45 minute Sauna session (also drink 1.25L H20).
- 7.30 – shower and pretty.
- 8am – coffee and at my desk.
- 8am – 8.30 is planning and prioritising my day.
I find this works for me, I can get my health goals started first thing in the morning which also means I’ll generally eat healthier throughout the day.
I’m still a work in progress for getting to bed earlier – but having patience with your beautiful self is a priceless skill you can learn.
(I also don’t recommend the Celery Juice after a date night with rose, not the greatest 😉
